Upgraded 300 PSI Nitrile Fuel Hose Meets Stringent High-Pressure Fuel Transfer Demands

As the automotive, industrial machinery, and marine sectors increasingly demand higher safety and durability in fuel delivery systems, the 300 PSI Nitrile Fuel Hose has emerged as a critical component. Our company has now launched an upgraded series of this hose, rigorously manufactured in compliance with SAE J30R7 and API 1529 standards. It provides a reliable high-pressure solution for conveying gasoline, diesel, and biodiesel (up to B20) in a wide range of applications.

Superior Performance & Consistent Pressure Rating

This fuel hose series is rated for a maximum working pressure of 300 PSI (20.7 bar) , with a minimum burst pressure of 900 PSI and a safety factor of 3:1 or higher. It is designed to withstand pressure fluctuations commonly encountered in fuel injection systems, heavy machinery fuel lines, and marine refueling operations.

The tube is made from a high-grade nitrile (NBR) rubber that meets ARPM Class A (high oil resistance). It exhibits excellent resistance to petroleum-based fuels, lubricating oils, and aromatic hydrocarbons, significantly extending the service life of the hose.

Wide Temperature Range & Weather Resistance

To suit various operating conditions, the hose is offered in two temperature grades:

• Standard version (SAE J30R7): –40°C to +125°C (–40°F to +257°F), ideal for engine compartments and high-temperature environments.

• Heavy-duty discharge version: –35°C to +80°C (–31°F to +176°F), providing flexibility in cold climates while maintaining robust performance in general service.

The cover is constructed from an oil-, ozone-, and abrasion-resistant NBR/PVC blend (ARPM Class B), ensuring reliable operation in outdoor environments, under chemical exposure, and in applications involving mechanical wear.

Enhanced Safety with Static Dissipation Wire

Static electricity buildup during fuel transfer poses a significant safety risk. To address this, the heavy-duty version of the hose incorporates a Safety Ohm (SΩ) static wire embedded within the reinforcement plies. When properly grounded at both ends, the wire safely dissipates electrostatic charges, greatly reducing the risk of sparks.

This design meets the requirements of API 1529 / EI 1529 (aviation refueling hose standards) and is equally suitable for high-volume industrial fuel transfer.

Comprehensive Size Range & Easy Installation

The hose is available in inner diameters ranging from 3/16″ to 3″ (4.8 mm to 76.2 mm) , with a minimum bend radius as low as 3 inches (76 mm) for the smaller sizes, facilitating installation in tight spaces. Standard packaging includes coils or cut lengths, and the hose is compatible with crimped or threaded couplings, allowing seamless integration into existing fuel systems.

Wide Range of Applications

• Automotive fuel lines and return lines (SAE J30R7)

• Diesel delivery systems for trucks and heavy equipment

• Marine engine fuel supply lines

• Fuel refueling for industrial machinery and generator sets

• Bulk fuel transfer at service stations and tank farms

The upgraded 300 PSI Nitrile Fuel Hose is now in full production. Custom lengths, special markings, and static-dissipative options are available upon request.
