The Wanflex Fuel Discharge Hose features a three-layer construction that ensures reliable performance under pressure:

• Inner Tube: High-grade NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber)，FKM ,VITON with excellent oil and fuel resistance, capable of handling petroleum products with aromatic content up to 50%

• Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-tensile synthetic textile fabric providing pressure containment and structural integrity

• Cover: Weather and abrasion resistant rubber with a distinctive red mylar longitudinal stripe for easy identification

An embedded static dissipative wire ensures electrical continuity, preventing static charge buildup during critical fuel transfer operations.

Versatile Performance for Multiple Applications

The new hose series is available in two pressure ratings:

• Standard Duty: 10 bar (150 psi) working pressure with 3:1 safety factor

• Heavy Duty: 20.68 bar (300 psi) working pressure with 4:1 safety factor

Inner diameters range from 3/4" to 12" (19 mm to 304 mm) , with standard lengths of 100 ft (30.5 m) for smaller diameters and custom lengths available for larger sizes. The hose operates reliably across a temperature range of -37°C to +82°C (-35°F to +180°F) .
