Suction Dredging Hose
Suction Dredging Hose (also known as mud suction & discharge hose or sand suction hose) is primarily used for conveying sewage, slurry, seawater, and sand mixtures. It is widely applied in port and waterway dredging, dock construction, flood discharge projects, and mining slurry transportation.
Product description
The hose features a three-layer construction, offering excellent flexibility, wave resistance, and high abrasion resistance:
Tube: Made from high-quality synthetic rubber (NR, SBR, BR, etc.), providing outstanding abrasion resistance and seawater corrosion resistance to withstand long-term erosion from high-concentration solid particle media.
Reinforcement: Constructed with multiple layers of high-tensile spiral steel wires, ensuring a robust structure capable of handling high working pressures while delivering superior resistance to bending and fatigue.
Cover: Manufactured from weather-resistant synthetic rubber (NR, SBR, BR, etc.), offering excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, seawater, ozone, aging, and harsh outdoor conditions.
The hose can be seamlessly connected to pipeline systems, effectively reducing the impact of wave action and ensuring smooth and continuous medium delivery.
Available Options: I.D. 100–1300mm, working pressure 10–35 bar, full vacuum rating, ANSI flange connections, custom lengths
